Our Mission Unveiled

Who We Are

Our Grateful Garden serves as a beacon of hope, implementing Permaculture principles via community gardens, food pantry partnerships, and educational offerings. We strive to heal both our people and the land, ensuring a sustainable and ecological future. Through our programs, we encourage the community to connect with nature while fostering growth for all.

Why We Care

As a nonprofit, we are dedicated to community engagement and environmental stewardship. With initiatives like tree planting, food pantry collaboration, and education programs, we aim to create lasting change. Our commitment to social responsibility allows us to actively restore the earth and uplift our community, ensuring everyone can thrive in harmony with nature.

Our Founders Vision
“Caring for the Earth is caring for ourselves. Caring for People is caring for ourselves, offering a Fair Share is giving ourselves a fair share.

It is our mission to bring the vision of Permaculture to life in areas that deeply impact our communities. Ecological Separation, Food Insecurity, Addiction and Recovery. While it may seem these missions are not related there is a distinct correlation between each and the fundraising and created spaces present the opportunity to address each individually and collectively. They go hand in hand. Ecological Restoration is Social Restoration

Our Grateful Garden is all of creation and therefore all space is a Grateful Garden."
